The details are summarised and structured, entered into a price calculation, and the calculation is passed on to the next system. Every step that used to need someone to read, retype or calculate happens automatically, with review where it matters.

An automation often combines rules, connections between systems, custom software and AI. We use AI where information needs to be interpreted, summarised or assessed, and conventional software where that is enough.

The aim is that you own the solution and can keep running it. Before we build, we set out what it costs to run: licences, AI usage, hosting and maintenance.

- If it follows a pattern, it can very likely be automated, fully or in part, even when the documents are unstructured and need interpreting. We see how and where it pays off most once we have gone through it.
- Do we need to replace our systems?
- Usually not. The solution connects to the systems you already use. Sometimes the review shows that something should be replaced, and then we say so.
- How do you make sure the AI gets it right?
- We test against real documents, check results against rules and source data, and build in human review in the steps where a mistake is costly.
- What does it cost?
- It depends on the scope. We agree on scope, timeline and price before work starts, and set out running costs separately.
