Systems that work together.

When systems do not connect, the work between them ends up with people. We connect the tools you already have, build reliable data flows and develop our own solutions where something is missing, so information follows the work.

Common connections

Information is entered once and is there when it is needed.

  1. 01

    CRM and accounting

Customers, quotes and orders carry through to invoicing without being retyped.

  2. 02

    Webshop and inventory

Stock levels and orders match in both systems.

  3. 03

    Time tracking, projects and payroll

Hours end up correctly in invoicing and payroll.

  4. 04

    Business data and reporting

Data from several systems is gathered in a data warehouse or dashboard, so everyone works from the same figures.

  5. 05

    Internal applications

Your own tools read and update information directly in the systems where it lives.

When an integration is not enough

Sometimes the work needs a place of its own.

Moving information between systems is not always enough. The work may need one shared place where the information is used: an internal tool, a dashboard, a customer portal or a custom application for a core process. Then we design and build that too, so the integration and the tool work as one.

Built to last

Easy to maintain, clear when something goes wrong.

Ready-made or custom connection

Many systems already have ready-made connections to each other, and then we use them. Where none exists, or the ready-made one is not enough, we build our own against the systems’ interfaces. We choose what will be easiest for you to maintain.

Built for when something goes wrong

An integration has to cope with a system being down, a missing detail or the same record being sent twice. We build in checks, logging and alerts and document how the connection works.

Sometimes the answer is different

The review may show that two systems should be merged, that one should be replaced, or that what you have is enough with small changes. We recommend what suits you, even when that means keeping your current systems.

How it works

From review to connections that work.

  1. 01

    We go through your systems

Which ones you have, what information moves between them and who moves it today.

  2. 02

    We propose a solution

Which system owns which information, how changes are passed on and what needs to be built.

  3. 03

    We build and test

With real data before the connection goes live.

  4. 04

    We follow up

That the information matches, and adjust.

Which systems can be connected?
Most modern systems have an interface that can be connected to. Older systems can often be reached through export files or the database. We go through your systems before we propose anything.
Who owns the integration?
The aim is that you own the solution and the documentation. We agree on that before work starts.
What does it cost to run?
It depends on how the integration is built and where it runs. We set out hosting, licences and maintenance before we build.
Do we need our own IT department?
No. We hand over documentation, go through the solution with the people who will use it, and agree how maintenance is handled.

Let’s start with your everyday work

Where are the same details entered twice in your business?

We start with a conversation to understand your needs and explore the possibilities together. You do not need to know what could be improved – we help you explore that.
