How we handle your personal data

Data controller

Axel Cornelius Consulting AB (reg. no. 559586-6590), Stockholm, Sweden, is the controller for the data you provide. For questions about how we handle your data, reach us at kontakt@nodalai.se.

What we collect

When you contact us via the form or by email, we process the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, optional company name and the content of your message. We don't collect any further information about you when you contact us.

The site uses no cookies. If you allow it, we also measure visits with cookieless statistics, so that we can see how the site is used and improve it. You can read more and change your choice in our cookie policy.

Why we process it, and the legal basis

We use the information solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in being able to reply to and handle enquiries from people who get in touch.

Visit statistics only run if you have consented to them, and that consent is the legal basis. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who has access

Your information isn't shared with third parties for marketing. We use suppliers who process information on our behalf (data processors): our form service (Web3Forms) and our web host (Vercel) and, if you have allowed statistics, Plausible and the storage service we use for our own statistics (Upstash). They may only process the information according to our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our ongoing dialogue, and at most 24 months after our last contact. After that it is deleted, unless we need to retain it for legal reasons.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you and to request correction or deletion. You can also object to our processing. Contact kontakt@nodalai.se and we'll help. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
