Data controller

What we collect

When you contact us via the form or by email, we process the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, optional company name and the content of your message. We don't collect more than that, and the site uses no tracking cookies.

Why we process it, and the legal basis

We use the information solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in being able to reply to and handle enquiries from people who get in touch.

Who has access

Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing. To receive and send email we use providers that process data on our behalf (processors), including our email provider (Resend) and our web host. They may only process the data on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our ongoing dialogue, and at most 24 months after our last contact. After that it is deleted, unless we need to retain it for legal reasons.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you and to request correction or deletion. You can also object to our processing. Contact kontakt@nodalai.se and we'll help. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
